		<description>It should be a criminal offense for a cop to turn off the video camera at all, with the presumption of guilt for anything "funny" that happens while it's off.  You know, the way we're considered automatically guilty of DUI if we refuse a breathalyzer test.

If they're not doing anything wrong, they've got nothing to worry about--right?

I'm surprised police commissioners don't have shortcut keys for "no evidence of wrongdoing" and "procedures were followed," just to save time.  I'm starting to like the name some Brits have for cops:  the filth.</description>
